The single-sided fish scale fabric is woven with cotton as the base. The front side is a smooth knitted surface, and the skin-touch surface is formed into a three-dimensional terry loop through the floating thread knitting technology of the knitting machine, which increases the fluffiness and delicate touch. The terry loop structure absorbs a lot of water and evaporates quickly. It is not easy to loosen and deform after multiple washings. The same color fabric is cut into brand letter patterns by laser, and the patch is temporarily fixed on the base fabric through hot melt adhesive film to ensure that the position is exactly the same as the design drawing. The same color thread is embroidered along the inner contour of the patch through a flat embroidery machine to form an invisible fixing layer to prevent the patch from shifting. By actively intervening in the shrinkage potential of cotton fibers, the fabric has achieved a leap from changeable to stable, improving dimensional stability, and is not easy to deform or wrinkle.
